Practice Overview
At Drummond Woodsum, our Trial Services Group has attorneys who are involved in every type of civil and criminal litigation in federal and state courts, administrative agencies, and arbitration panels. Our trial lawyers are thoughtful, strategic, and assertive in their representation of clients from the initial stages of a dispute through resolution, which includes negotiation, mediation, arbitration, trial, and appeal. Our litigation expertise covers the full range of issues facing public and private entities, as well as individuals, and we are committed to providing comprehensive yet practical and efficient representation for all of our clients. We often draw upon the subject matter expertise of attorneys in our firm’s other practice areas, forming a team approach to problem-solving, which enables us to deliver optimal results in litigation and advise on best practices moving forward.
