Real Estate

Practice Overview

Drummond Woodsum’s real estate attorneys are a trusted and experienced team, representing clients across the Northeast, nationally, and Canadian entities with U.S. real estate interests. Our practice is focused on complex commercial, institutional, and large-scale development projects.

Our experience includes projects involving green design, conservation easements, LEED certification, and various tax credit programs such as New Markets Tax Credits, Historic Tax Credits, and Historic Preservation Tax Credits.
