Daina Nathanson is an experienced commercial law attorney who regularly represents businesses across a wide variety of industries on issues including: entity formation, development, protection and licensing of intellectual property, mergers and acquisitions, equity capital and borrowing transactions, shareholder agreements, employment and consulting agreements, manufacturing, distribution and sales agreements, and confidentiality and non-competition agreements.

Drawing on her substantial real estate expertise, Daina advises clients on purchasing and selling real estate, developing real estate, asset-based lending, and commercial mortgage financing transactions. In 2016 and 2017, Daina helped her client convey thousands of acres of land abutting the Appalachian Trail to the State of Maine for public conservation purposes.

Daina’s intellectual property practice covers the full spectrum of trademark issues including development, registration, protection, and licensing of clients’ intellectual property.
