Lynn Donohue regularly represents developers, investors, lenders, and housing authorities in structuring and negotiating the acquisition, development, financing, leasing, and sale of commercial and residential real estate. Lynn takes pride in being a practical problem-solver and a dedicated advocate for her clients during every step of a transaction.

Prior to her role at Drummond Woodsum, Lynn was an Associate attorney at a Chicago law firm where she focused primarily on commercial real estate closings on behalf of a large, nationwide nonprofit affordable housing syndication investment firm. She has worked on numerous transactions involving federal and state LIHTC and federal and state historic investments.

In her free time, Lynn enjoys exploring Maine and spending time with her family.
