Pete successfully handled the historic tax credit development of 2 Hammond Street in Bangor, the redevelopment of Lincoln Mill in Biddeford, and the real estate and finance elements of the The Central Maine Comprehensive Cancer Center in Lewiston.

In his free time, Pete enjoys spending time with his family in the mountains – hiking in the summer and skiing in the winter. He also tries to take on as much pro bono legal work as possible.
