Drummond Woodsum has broad experience in advising public and private sector employers on the design of all types of employee benefits plans, including tax-qualified retirement plans (401(k), 403(b) and 457 plans); non-qualified deferred compensation arrangements, incentive stock options and other types of executive compensation arrangements.

We advise employers on all aspects of IRS and ERISA compliance, including corporate mergers and acquisitions. We can also assist employers in choosing appropriate health plans to meet their specific needs and how to effectively administer such plans to meet their obligations under ERISA, the Health Care Reform Act and IRS rules.
