Jeana McCormick and Mark Franco Prevail After 6 Day Jury Trial

Congratulations to Mark Franco and Jeana McCormick for their success in obtaining a defense verdict in a professional negligence case at the end of a six-day jury trial in Cumberland County Superior Court. As Mark and Jeana demonstrated to the jury through fact witnesses, expert witnesses, and key documents, their clients—a dentist and dental office—did not breach the standard of care when treating the plaintiff.
