Grandy of DrummondWoodsum who will provide legal and practice guidance on handling the so-called “First Amendment Audit.” This webinar will suggest do’s and don’ts’s when managing an auditor who is video recording in your town hall, suggestions for identifying and controlling access to “staff only” areas, and ensuring appropriate, non-confrontational access to public areas of town hall, along with a review of the First Amendment principles that apply.
