Drummond Woodsum Welcomes Doug Ginn

Drummond Woodsum is pleased to announce Doug Ginn’s return to the firm as a shareholder and member of the firm’s Business Services Group. Doug advises clients across a wide range of industries on transactional matters, including formation, private placements, mergers and acquisitions, commercial financing, securities law, regulatory compliance, investment fund structuring, and corporate transactions.

Doug was a member of Drummond Woodsum for over 5 years before leaving to work at a Boston-based firm, where he continued to hone his skills as a general business and mergers and acquisition attorney.
