Douglas Ginn practices primarily in the area of corporate law, advising businesses across a wide range of industries on transactional matters including formation, private placements, mergers and acquisitions, commercial financing, securities law, regulatory compliance, investment fund structuring, and corporate transactions. Applying insights he gained working in the financial services industry, Doug delivers substantial value to his clients.
Doug has extensive experience counseling start-up businesses through the process of corporate formation and capital raises. In connection with his capital raising work, Doug has helped secure millions of dollars of investment for local start-ups.
Doug is a lifelong Mainer and he enjoys traveling and spending time with his family. Doug serves on the Board of Directors for Casa, Inc., a non-profit dedicated to serving adults and children with physical and mental health concerns in Southern Maine.
