Drummond Woodsum congratulates the Szanton Co. on completing Milliken Heights. Attorneys Ted Kelleher and Lisa Whitt attended the recent grand opening and celebratory ribbon-cutting ceremony. Milliken Heights, Szanton’s first passive house project, is a $15 million, 55-unit affordable housing apartment building in Old Orchard Beach for people age 55 and older. The addition of this housing project is expected to help alleviate year-round housing pressures in the seasonal community.
