Thomas Watson Awarded the 2020 Civil Justice Award by the New Hampshire Association for Justice

Drummond Woodsum attorney Thomas Watson has been selected to receive the 2020 New Hampshire Association for Justice (NHAJ) Civil Justice Award for his long-term commitment to the foundational goals of NHAJ. This award annually recognizes an individual’s outstanding commitment to the improvement and preservation of the American civil justice system.

NHAJ is a statewide professional association of trial attorneys working to protect constitutional rights and  ensure people have a fair chance to receive justice through the legal system when they have been harmed by the wrongful acts of others.  Attorney Watson has served on the Board of Governors of NHAJ for more than 30 years. The Civil Justice Award is normally presented at the NHAJ Annual Dinner and Awards Banquet in June, but this year’s dinner was canceled and the award presented at a virtual meeting due to the pandemic.

Thomas Watson is a member of both the Drummond Woodsum Business Services Group and the Trial Services Group.  Based in the firm’s Portsmouth office, he concentrates his practice in the areas of business law, civil litigation, and real estate development.
