Stacey Caulk Joins Drummond Woodsum's Environmental and Natural Resources Practice

Drummond Woodsum is pleased to announce that Stacey Caulk has joined our Environmental and Natural Resources practice. In her role, Stacey will represent clients in a wide range of complex environmental matters including rulemaking and compliance, permitting, project approval, transactions and litigation. In litigation matters, she has represented clients in government enforcement actions, Superfund lawsuits, contract disputes and citizen suits.

Prior to joining Drummond Woodsum, Stacey practiced environmental and climate change law at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom in Washington, DC with a focus on complex transactions and clean energy projects. While at Skadden, Stacey worked for six months in Pfizer Inc.’s environmental practice group where she managed transactional, compliance and contamination matters, and assisted in the development of Pfizer’s sustainability, green claims and climate change strategies.

Stacey graduated from Smith College where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Government, with a concentration in Political Theory. She received her law degree, magna cum laude, from Georgetown University Law Center, where she was Order of the Coif and a member of the Institute for Public Representation.
