Tracy Hill has practiced civil litigation for more than 30 years. She has extensive experience in civil and commercial litigation, focusing on the representation of national and international manufacturers in product liability litigation. In addition, Tracy has represented individual clients and businesses in a wide variety of litigated matters, including personal injury, construction litigation, real estate litigation, insurance coverage, commercial disputes, shareholder disputes, attorney negligence and premises liability. She practices in all of the state and federal courts in Maine and New Hampshire. She is also a regular lecturer on various issues in civil litigation.

Tracy attended St. Paul’s School in Concord, New Hampshire and was a Morehead Scholar at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill before attending the University of Pennsylvania Law School. Tracy has hiked the entire Appalachian Trail and enjoys mountain biking, cross-country skiing and snowshoeing in the mountains of Maine and New Hampshire.
