Greg Im specializes in public finance and serves as bond counsel and special tax counsel for school and municipal clients for a variety of governmental financing arrangements, including tax-exempt general obligation bonds, lease purchase financing, tax and revenue anticipation notes, refunding bonds, and tax credit bonds. Greg is a member of the National Association of Bond Lawyers and is approved as issuer’s bond counsel by Municipal Bond Banks in Maine and New Hampshire.

As a general public finance attorney, Greg routinely helps municipal and school clients carry out key governance functions including annual budget approval, elections, town meetings, referenda, procurements (such as managing competitive bidding and RFPs), and contract negotiation, including construction contracts.

In the community, Greg has been a member of the Cleaves Law Library Board of Directors since 2014 and currently serves as the President of the Board.
