As a member of the firm’s Employment and Labor and School Law practice groups, Blake McCartney works with public and private employers, advising them on all aspects of employment law.  Blake is passionate about helping clients solve people-centered issues.  She brings an empathetic approach to her practice, allowing her to anticipate client needs and concerns and proactively address potential conflicts.

Blake stays active in her free time; mountain biking, running half marathons, and skiing are just a few of her favorite activities. She also enjoys spending time with her husband, family, and friends and exploring Portland’s trail system with her Portuguese Water Dog, Stevie.
