About

Benjamin Greenslade brings years of experience across nearly all levels of government to Drummond Woodsum’s Municipal Law Group. Prior to joining the firm, Ben worked as a nonpartisan bill drafting attorney for the New Hampshire General Court, where he wrote, researched and reviewed hundreds of bills, including annual state budgets and most new legislation the New Hampshire legislature has enacted in recent years. He uses that insider’s perspective on statutory interpretation to help towns and cities navigate a wide range of legal issues.

Ben previously showcased his keen eye for detail and commitment to client service as a family law and estate planning attorney at a Concord firm, where he honed his litigation skills, handled discovery, and negotiated settlements while supporting clients through emotionally charged situations. He now marries that experience with his lifelong passion for public service as he helps local officials use the powers of municipal government to shape their communities and meet the needs of their constituents.

Ben holds both a BA and a Master of Public Administration from Clark University and a law degree from the University of New Hampshire’s Franklin Pierce School of Law, where he earned a prestigious Warren B. Rudman fellowship for his public interest work. He’s an active member of the Concord community and spends his free time exploring the local arts scene with his partner, playing board games, and relaxing with his rescue greyhound.
