Autumn Kish is an attorney in Drummond Woodsum’s School Law Practice, where she represents public schools and school districts throughout New Hampshire. Her practice encompasses comprehensive school law matters, including board representation and governance, school district and SAU organization and budgets, cooperative and regional school district issues, school district annual meetings, policymaking, school safety, student discipline, Right to Know law, crisis management, rights of students and school employees, teacher evaluations, staff misconduct investigations, labor relations and collective bargaining, and compliance with state and federal laws and regulations.

Autumn’s strengths lie in advising clients on complex legal and regulatory issues, and representing clients at all levels, from administrative hearings to the New Hampshire Supreme Court. Before joining the firm, Autumn spent four years at another prominent firm in Manchester practicing education and general litigation. Autumn externed at the Merrimack County Superior Court and the New Hampshire Attorney General’s Office, and the Hillsborough County North Attorney’s Office.

Autumn is deeply committed to advancing equity and inclusion in the legal field. She is an active member of the New Hampshire Bar Association, New Hampshire Women’s Bar Association, National LGBTQ+ Bar Association, and serves on the NH Bar’s Gender Equality Committee. She is also a member of the Daniel Webster-Batchelder Inn of Court.

In her spare time, Autumn enjoys going on outdoor adventures with her partner, watching contemporary cinema, cooking elaborate meals, and reading novels.
