Andrea Holbrook brings more than 10 years of experience representing lenders and financial institutions to Drummond Woodsum’s Bankruptcy, Restructuring & Creditors’ Rights practice.

Andrea’s expertise includes mortgage default-related litigation, including residential and commercial foreclosures, quiet title actions, evictions, and bankruptcy proceedings. She has an in-depth understanding of Maine’s evolving case law in both state and federal courts, as well as extensive knowledge of real estate and title issues. Andrea has a strong background in defending lenders and financial institutions against claims under various statutes, including the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA), the Maine Unfair Trade Practices Act (MUTPA), the Maine Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), and the Maine Consumer Credit Code (MCCC).

Outside of work, Andrea loves spending time with her family. She enjoys exploring Maine’s state parks and beaches, traveling, and game nights with friends. Andrea is also an active volunteer at her son’s elementary school, where she teaches arts and crafts and participates as a volunteer reader.
