Allan Bradley represents businesses and individuals in complex commercial litigation, arbitration, and regulatory matters. He advises clients through all stages of legal disputes, from pre-suit negotiations to trial and appeal, and is particularly skilled at helping clients understand their options and feel confident in the legal strategy ahead.

Analytical, strategic, and diligent, Allan is known for his ability to break down intricate problems and provide clear, thoughtful guidance. Clients trust him to master the details and navigate high-stakes disputes with precision and judgment. His experience spans commercial contract disputes, shareholder litigation, antitrust claims and business torts, government investigations, and enforcement actions, often involving sophisticated financial institutions and regulatory agencies.

Before joining the firm, Allan served as Counsel at King & Spalding and as an Associate at Vinson & Elkins, focusing on business and commercial litigation. He began his legal career as an Assistant District Attorney in Manhattan, where he handled numerous trials and built a strong foundation as a courtroom advocate.

His recent matters include securing a major settlement for a global financial institution in an arbitration dispute exceeding $400 million, representing asset management clients in breach of contract and shareholder claims, and defending companies in regulatory enforcement actions and investigations led by the DOJ, New York Attorney General, and other agencies.

Allan earned his J.D. from Yale Law School and his B.A. from Harvard University. He is admitted to practice in New York and before the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. He is pursuing admission to the Maine Bar.

Outside of work, Allan is a regular runner, occasional surfer, and sometimes musician. He and his wife live with their two cats and enjoy walking in the woods.
