Jennifer Pincus Joins Drummond Woodsum's Litigation Practice

Drummond Woodsum is pleased to announce that Jennifer Pincus has joined the firm’s Trial Services Group, bringing with her more than twenty years of extensive litigation and courtroom experience. Known for her practical, results-driven approach and steadfast advocacy, Jennifer strengthens the firm’s capacity to help clients navigate complex disputes with clarity and confidence.

Jennifer joins Drummond Woodsum following 15 years of distinguished service as the sole Trial Attorney for the Office of the United States Trustee for the District of Maine, a component of the U.S. Department of Justice. In that federal role, she appeared regularly in court on matters involving Chapter 7, 11, and 13 bankruptcy cases, managing a high volume of sophisticated litigation with exceptional professionalism and efficiency.

Before her tenure with the U.S. Trustee’s Office, Jennifer practiced at two prominent Maine law firms. She served as a shareholder at Perkins Thompson, P.A., and earlier as an associate at Marcus Clegg P.A., where she developed deep experience in commercial litigation and bankruptcy law.
