Drawing on her experience managing high-stakes litigation, she helps employers assess risk, refine internal policies, and resolve disputes efficiently before they escalate.

Prior to joining Drummond Woodsum, Hadley practiced at a corporate defense firm in Florida, where she led the premises liability division for a national fast-casual restaurant chain. She litigated matters throughout Central and North Florida, negotiated favorable settlements saving millions in potential exposure, and worked closely with in-house legal and risk management teams. Hadley also provided client training on civil procedural developments and their impact on Florida litigation.
