Eloise’s background includes experience in public service, having worked as a Legislative Aide to Congresswoman Chellie Pingree in Washington, D.C., prior to attending law school. This policy-focused foundation informs her thoughtful and strategic approach to legal advocacy.

Eloise earned her J.D. from the University of Maine School of Law and her B.A. from the University of Southern Maine.
