Drummond Woodsum Welcomes Steven Whitley as a New Shareholder
Drummond Woodsum is pleased to announce that Steven M. Whitley has joined our growing Municipal Law practice as a shareholder and will be based in Manchester, New Hampshire. Steven has exclusively represented New Hampshire municipalities since 2011. His practice focuses on advising cities and towns on a range of issues, including zoning and land use matters, issues involving public utilities, town governance as well as annual town meetings, right-to-know law, and contract review and drafting. Steven regularly represents municipal clients in New Hampshire District, Superior, and Supreme Courts, as well as before state administrative agencies.
“Our Municipal Law practice has seen a lot of growth over the past few years and we have been very selective in our recruiting process,” said, Benjamin Marcus, Managing Director. “We are certain that Steven will be a tremendous asset to our clients.”
Prior to joining Drummond Woodsum, Steven practiced law at a boutique firm focused exclusively on municipal clients.
