Drummond Woodsum Welcomes Robert Liscord and Mac Walton
Drummond Woodsum is pleased to welcome Robert Liscord and Mac Walton to the firm. Rob has joined the firm’s Affordable Housing & Community Development, Land Use, and Environmental & Natural Resources practice groups and Mac has joined our growing litigation practice.
Rob focuses his practice on a wide range of community development, real estate, land use and environmental compliance matters. He represents businesses, developers, lenders, non-profits, municipalities, and community groups on all matters impacting commercial and residential real estate projects including purchase and project financing to entity formation and land use approvals. Rob also draws on nearly a decade of experience with federal and state affordable housing programs to assist clients with affordable housing development and compliance. Rob received his law degree from Northeastern University.
Mac represents businesses and individuals on a wide array of litigation matters. He brings a breadth of knowledge, curiosity, and thoughtfulness to each matter believing that litigation is more than just arguing – it’s problem-solving. As a former law clerk in both trial and appellate courts, Mac is especially adept at researching and writing about challenging legal issues. Mac is a graduate of the University of Maine School of Law, where he also served as editor-in-chief of the Maine Law Review and a teaching assistant in Legal Writing.
