Drummond Woodsum represented Maine Biotechnology Services, Inc. and its owner Joe Chandler in a recent sale of the business to BBI Group Holding Ltd., a company based in the United Kingdom (Wales). The firm has represented the Company since 1998 and congratulates Joe and his team on building a wonderful Maine business in the biotechnology sector.
