Drummond Woodsum Expands Healthcare Practice with the Addition of Experienced Attorney Jennifer Riggle

Drummond Woodsum is pleased to announce that Jennifer Riggle has joined the firm as an attorney in its Healthcare and Corporate practice groups. With over 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry, Jennifer brings a wealth of expertise and insight to the firm, further strengthening Drummond Woodsum’s ability to serve clients in this critical sector.

Jennifer’s distinguished career has focused on advising a diverse range of healthcare clients, including individual providers, medical practices, for-profit and non-profit healthcare organizations, and other entities operating in the healthcare field. She has an extensive background in handling business, transactional, regulatory, and general risk management matters, enabling her to navigate complex challenges and provide sound, strategic counsel to her clients.

In her practice, Jennifer works with healthcare organizations on a broad range of issues, from advising on start-up healthcare businesses to facilitating transactions involving sales, acquisitions, and affiliations. She also offers counsel on separations from networks and practices, succession planning, and comprehensive business operations. Additional related services include drafting healthcare organization policies and procedures and providing legal counsel regarding healthcare data privacy compliance (including HIPAA) and regulatory financial recoupment matters.
