David Backer Reappointed to Probate and Trust Law Advisory Commission

David Backer, Drummond Woodsum’s Practice Group Leader for Trust and Estate Planning, was recently reappointed by the Maine Supreme Court to a fourth term as a member of Maine’s Probate and Trust Law Advisory Commission. The Commission was created by the Maine Legislature in 2010 and is charged with reviewing and recommending updates to Maine’s probate and trust laws. David has served as chair of the Commission since its inception.
