Court Orders Injunction Preventing the Disbursement of CARES Act Funds to Alaska Native Corporations

Drummond’s Tribal Nation’s Practice Group is representing the National Congress of American Indians and eleven other national and regional tribal organizations as amici curiae in Confederated Tribes of the Chehalis Reservation et als. v. Steven Mnuchin to enjoin the Treasury Secretary from distributing COVID-19 relief funds intended for Tribal governments to private corporations in Alaska.
