Our firm was honored to represent GreenMars in all aspects of this visionary project from permitting and approvals to construction financing and condominium unit sales. Wilbur’s Woods brings to life the promise of attainable homeownership in Maine. The neighborhood features 21 new single-family homes, 20 of which are offered at affordable prices made possible through the Maine State Housing Authority’s Affordable Homeownership Program. With home prices starting at $325,000, the development provides an extraordinary opportunity for households earning less than $105,360 annually, which is a significant step forward in addressing housing affordability in the Brunswick community.
