Andrew Sweeney Joins Drummond Woodsum’s Business Services Practice

Drummond Woodsum is pleased to welcome Andrew Sweeney as the newest member of the firm’s Business Services group. Prior to joining Drummond Woodsum, Andrew practiced at White & Case in New York and Goodwin Proctor in Boston, representing international and domestic clients in connection with mergers and acquisitions, financings and securities issuances, and transactions in the energy, infrastructure and natural resources industries.

Andrew received his bachelor of arts from Colgate University in 2008 and his juris doctor cum laude from Harvard Law School in 2015. At Harvard Law School, Andrew was Deputy Executive Editor of the Harvard International Law Journal.
