Jennifer Pincus brings more than two decades of litigation and courtroom experience to her role in the Trial Services Group at Drummond Woodsum. Known for her practical, results-oriented approach and strong advocacy skills, she works closely with clients to help them understand their legal options and develop effective strategies for resolution.

For 15 years, Jennifer served as the sole Trial Attorney for the Office of the United States Trustee for the District of Maine, a component of the U.S. Department of Justice. In this role, she appeared regularly in federal court on matters involving Chapter 7, 11, and 13 bankruptcy cases, managing a high volume of complex litigation with professionalism and efficiency. Before joining the U.S. Trustee’s Office, Jennifer was a shareholder at Perkins Thompson, P.A., and an associate at Marcus Clegg P.A., where she built a strong foundation in commercial litigation and bankruptcy law.

She is admitted to practice in Maine, the United States District Court for the District of Maine, and the First Circuit Court of Appeals. Jennifer earned her J.D. from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law, and her B.A. in Politics from Ithaca College. She is also a frequent contributor to continuing legal education programs on topics including bankruptcy, ethics, and trial skills.

Beyond her legal practice, Jennifer is an active member of her community. She serves on the boards of Best Buddies of Maine and the Greely Varsity Baseball Boosters and volunteers with the Greely Football Boosters. She is also the founder of the Cumberland-North Yarmouth Kids Triathlon and led the Maine chapter of the Credit Abuse Resistance Education (CARE) Program for ten years. In 2017, she was honored as CARE’s National Volunteer of the Year.
