Clíodhna earned her Juris Doctor from Vermont Law School, graduating third in her class, and her Bachelor of Science from the University of Maine. During her final year of law school, She successfully completed an externship with the Hon. Jon D. Levy, in the United States District Court for the District of Maine.

Clíodhna was born in Dublin, Ireland, but grew up in Stockport, England. Now a resident of Windham, Maine she enjoys running, hiking baking, and spending time with her husband and pitbull.
