Join us for a special opportunity to learn from experts about the field of federal Indian law as it applies in Maine and across the United States. The First Annual Indian Law and History Lecture, hosted by Maine Law, will feature Matthew L.M. Fletcher, Professor of Michigan State School of Law, and Sherri Mitchell, attorney, author, and Executive Director of the Land Peace Foundation. The lecture moderator will be Donna Loring, author, broadcaster and former Senior Advisor on Tribal Affairs to Governor Janet Mills. A thirty minute Q&A session will follow the lectures.
