Germani Hill & Hayes Merges with Drummond Woodsum

Two respected law firms team up to combine litigation, mediation, and arbitration services.

Drummond Woodsum is pleased to announce a major expansion to its litigation practice.  Effective July 1, 2021, Germani Hill & Hayes and Drummond Woodsum have merged with the combined firms continuing to use the Drummond Woodsum name.  Together the two firms create a single team with greater depth and resources to meet the legal needs of their clients.

Germani Hill & Hayes attorneys Elizabeth Germani, Tracy Hill, Robert Hayes, Amanda Lynch, and James Spizuoco have all joined Drummond Woodsum, providing clients with the experience, depth and breadth of both firms.  The combined firms will have 27 lawyers who specialize in litigation, arbitration, and mediation making it one of the largest litigation practices in Maine and New Hampshire.
