About

Milliana Zonarich advises public schools on all manner of school law and special education matters including compliance with the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act and New Hampshire special education law, the Americans with Disabilities Act, Section 504, and the regulations accompanying those statutes. Drawing on strong legal research skills and a deep understanding of special education, Milli drafts persuasive pleadings, consults with schools on legal strategy, and helps schools resolve disputes through mediation.

Milli delivers presentations to schools on a variety of education topics, including student discipline, updates to school law, and the Learn Everywhere rules, among others.

Milli is a recent graduate of the University of New Hampshire Franklin Pierce School of Law. While in law school, she was selected to participate in the Daniel Webster Scholar Honors Program, a rigorous two-year program that provides students the opportunity to pass a variant of the New Hampshire Bar Exam while they are still in law school.  Milli also was a member of the Moot Court Team and co-President of Lambda Legal. In college, Milli was the head of a college-owned off-campus project house focused on environmental stewardship.

In her free time, Milli loves to read, cook, and hike in the White Mountains.
