Reid Hayton-Hull is Leader of the firm’s Real Estate Practice Group, and has substantial experience advising a wide cross-section of clients, including private individuals and businesses, non-profits, municipalities, banks, educational institutions and Tribal Nations, on the purchase, sale, financing, leasing, and development of commercial real estate and condominium projects. Reid also specializes in easements, land use agreements, and real estate licenses. Reid has been named to New England Super Lawyers for her expertise in real estate. Reid works hard to understand her client’s objective in each transaction and to help them achieve it efficiently while minimizing risk.
Reid’s corporate work involves advising individuals and business owners on matters involving business formation, commercial financing, secured transactions, business acquisitions, and sales. Reid also advises cannabis sector clients on transactional and permitting matters.
In her free time, Reid enjoys traveling and exploring Maine (now home to this Seattle native after 15 years) with her family, including hiking, skiing, camping, running, and swimming. Reid also serves on the Board of the Cumberland Bar Association.
