Carey Gustanski is a litigator who brings a measured, analytical approach to complex problem solving, including a particular emphasis on the application of procedure. In his practice, Carey approaches legal issues from various angles to uncover the best possible solution.
Carey is a graduate of the University of Maine School of Law and the University of Maine, Orono, where he earned both a Bachelors of Arts and Masters of Arts in U.S. History. Prior to joining Drummond Woodsum, Carey was a Superior Court Law Clerk for 4 years where he gained an intimate knowledge of the trial court system in Maine. During his time as a clerk, Carey spent one year as part of the Business and Consumer Docket.
In his spare time, he enjoys exploring Maine’s mountains and coastlines, hiking, golfing, snowboarding, pretending he can still play ice hockey, and dabbling in the occasional cribbage game with a willing and worthy opponent.
