Please see the attached information from OSHA about cloth face coverings in the workplace. While municipalities do not have to comply with OSHA rules, they do have a similar obligation to provide employees with a safe work environment. Therefore, OSHA’s general guidance on cloth face coverings may be useful to municipalities for reference.
