Diversity, equity, and inclusion are core values at Drummond Woodsum. To us, these core beliefs mean valuing, welcoming, and supporting people’s differences, and working to ensure that all people have the same opportunities at our firm. We believe that investing in diversity, equity and inclusion brings diverse perspectives to our work, allows us to deliver a wider range of solutions to our clients, and promotes progress in the practice of law and in the broader community.
We strive to develop initiatives and programs at Drummond Woodsum to specifically address our diversity, equity, and inclusion goals through measurable action. As a law firm, we also feel a special responsibility to work to support historically underserved and marginalized groups in the communities where we live and work. Our efforts are led by a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee, which is chaired by Adrianne Fouts. The Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee’s mission is to assess firm policies, practices and culture with the intent of increasing diversity, equity and inclusion in our work community.
